Information we collect
When you complete a contact form on this website we collect the name, telephone number, email address and message you provide. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you go on to instruct us, to arrange the funeral services you have asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Form submissions are transmitted securely and are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us tell genuine enquiries from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information for that purpose and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are only loaded once you have given consent through the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics or marketing scripts are loaded at all. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Who we share your data with
We share your information only where it is necessary to deliver the services you have asked us for. That may include crematoria and cemeteries, registrars, ministers and celebrants, florists, stonemasons, coffin suppliers, and funeral plan providers such as Golden Charter. Each receives only what they need.
How long we retain your data
Enquiries that do not lead to an instruction are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Where we have arranged a funeral, we retain the records for as long as we are legally and professionally required to do so, including to comply with the Code of Practice of the National Association of Funeral Directors and with our obligations as an appointed representative of Golden Charter.
Your rights over your data
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to erase it. We will respond within one month. Erasure does not extend to any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would be grateful for the chance to put things right first.
Where your data is sent
Enquiries submitted through this website are processed by our form handling service and delivered to our business email. Messages may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
